We are in the process of completely overhauling the site which has been dormant for some time in order to create an information collective.
What we are.
We are a group that is about helping fractal artists of all levels of experience and hopefully all types of programs. We are a source for sharing tutorials, gradients, scripts, and image parameters. We are open to suggestions from people willing to help, whether with information, tutorials, or other fractal resources.What we are not.
We are not an elitist group that hand picks members to join. In fact, there are no members other than the admins that keep this group going. People are free to come and go, using whatever information we have available. Those that have placed the group on watch will be listed in the Fractal Supporters journal to show thanks for supporting us. We are not a group about running contests. The purpose of this group is to help fractal artists with information, not about seeing who is the best in their field. We are not here to host hundreds, perhaps thousands of images. We will only place images in our gallery if the parameters are contained with them. The purpose is to share knowledge so parameters are required. We are not here to compete with any of the other fractal groups. We encourage fractal groups dedicated to specific software to continue to post tutorials and help files in their respective groups. We realize people that join software specific groups may not be interested with files and tutorials from other programs.Current status.
We realize that this is a bit of a change from what this site once was. In the efforts to minimize the ammount of work involved in the reform, we have deleted all previous journal entries, notes, and non-tutorial submissions. We are hoping that if you were once a member of this community, that you will stay with us as a supporter. If you would like to become a supporter, please send us a note with the word "ADD ME as the subject so we can create an accurate list of those who support us. If you would like to withdraw your support, please send us a note with "REMOVE" as the subject and we will talk your name off of the list of Fractal Supporters.

Your essay must include at least 2 links to sites outside of DeviantArt that offer fractal information AND a list of fractal applications that you are comfortable using.
